Throughout the century, ALDI has grown from a small family business into an international retailer, with over 10,000 stores around the world, serving millions of customers in over 10 countries.

ALDI entered the Chinese market in early 2017 through its flagship store on Tmall Global. Thereafter, ALDI launched its Tmall Flagship Store in early 2018. In just over a year, ALDI CHINA’s team has grown rapidly, and is continuing to expand its reach into the Chinese market to win the trust of Chinese consumers.
Two years after debuting in China, ALDI officially launched their first pilot stores in Shanghai on 7 June, 2019. The two stores are also ALDI’s first physical presence in Asia. Currently, there are already 6 physical ALDI stores in Shanghai.
The position we are hiring:
Customer Experience Expert
Who do we want:
You will actively engage customers on the shopfloor in any ALDI CHINA physical store. You will be responsible for product feature introduction, in-store sampling in order to recommend the best products to customers. You will also be responsible for promoting ALDI membership and promotions in store to increase our customer loyalty. You are also responsible for in-store product training for store staff including new products and hero product features to improve store overall customer service skills and product knowledge.
What we are looking for:
We hope you have college or above level. We hope you are energetic, communicative, quick learner, self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of service and commitment. We hope you have experience in retail in general, including but not exclusive to food retail, restaurant, hotel, etc. We hope you are passionate about the retail industry and wantto develop a long tern career in this industry.
1.An international working platform:
——You will have the chance to work with the Area Manager and corporate buying managers and experienced store team.

——You will have a 1-2 week orientation after onboarding, including company orientation, product training, store operation theory, membership introduction and in-store training.
